Welcome to GrowthWallet, a creator wealth intelligence platform operated by Megamyte Digital Inc, a Delaware corporation. By accessing or using GrowthWallet at app.growthwallet.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
By creating an account or using any part of the GrowthWallet platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
GrowthWallet is a financial intelligence and tracking platform for digital creators. The platform connects to your Stripe account and optionally your brokerage account with our regulated investment partner to provide Creator Runway calculation, Creator Financial Health Score analysis, automated vault tracking, income forecasting, and platform risk monitoring.
GrowthWallet is a technology platform only. We are not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, registered investment advisor, or money services business. We do not hold, custody, move, or manage your funds. All brokerage activity is executed through your own connected account with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer.
Nothing on GrowthWallet constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information is for informational and educational purposes only. Creator Autopilot suggestions and vault allocation calculations are automated outputs based on data you provide and are not personalized investment recommendations. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
GrowthWallet integrates with Stripe and a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. When you connect your Stripe account, GrowthWallet receives read-only access to your payout data. We never initiate transfers on your behalf. When you connect your investment account via OAuth, GrowthWallet may place orders only when you explicitly initiate a deployment action.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@growthwallet.io.
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, use automated scraping tools, or misrepresent your identity or financial information.
GrowthWallet offers free and paid subscription tiers. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
All content and features of GrowthWallet including the Creator Runway metric, Creator Financial Health Score, and Creator Autopilot system are the intellectual property of Megamyte Digital Inc.
GrowthWallet is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. Megamyte Digital Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee the accuracy of income forecasts, health scores, or runway calculations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
