This Privacy Policy describes how Megamyte Digital Inc ("GrowthWallet") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the GrowthWallet platform at app.growthwallet.io.
We collect: account information (email, creator type, profile preferences), financial settings you enter (monthly expenses, tax rate, vault preferences), Stripe payout data (read-only access to payout amounts, dates, and transaction IDs), investment account data with our regulated investment partner (portfolio balance, positions, and order placement via OAuth), usage data, and device information for security.
We do not collect or store Social Security Numbers or government-issued ID numbers (handled by a FINRA-registered broker-dealer), bank account or credit card numbers, your Stripe secret keys or API credentials, or passwords for any third-party services.
We use your information to provide the GrowthWallet platform, calculate your Creator Runway and Health Score, send vault deployment notifications, analyze income patterns for forecasting, communicate about your account, and ensure platform security.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (Vercel for hosting, Railway for infrastructure, Stripe for payment processing) and when required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls. Your OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
